It is a vegan and healthy substitute for butter which looks elegant on any table setting.

Tasting notes
Light gold in colour, this delicate and slightly spicy olive oil is highly fragrant with notes of herbs and plant leaves and nutty on the palate. It is refreshing and well balanced with clean and mineral flavours that give way to a smooth and creamy mouthfeel.

- Storage: keep in moderate temperature environments – 10 to 20°C is ideal. Store away from sunlight and other packaging containing strong flavours. Olive oil can be come cloudy if stored at less than 7°C. This is not harmful and will become clear again on warming.
