Envero Harvest
£15.00 – £144.00
Description
“It reminds me of sunshine, drinking Chardonnay and summer holidays,” is how some of our friends have described Envero Harvest.
The Envero harvest usually starts at the beginning of November when the olives are starting to lose their notes of unripeness and changing appearance from green into a range of colours – light reds, pinks and purples – reflecting the different states of olive maturity.
Uniquely olivey and fresh and a favourite for our friends, Envero Harvest is sunshine in a bottle. It is straight forward to enjoy and is a great accompaniment to any party or special occasion.
Tasting notes
Light gold in colour, this delicate and slightly spicy olive oil is highly fragrant with notes of herbs and plant leaves and nutty on the palate. It is refreshing and well balanced with clean and mineral flavours that give way to a smooth and creamy mouthfeel.

I love this oil, the flavour is so wonderful and fresh with everything. It feels like adding sunshine. I pour it over cooked grains, raw and cooked vegetables, dip my bread and now I have done a guided tasting with Lola, I love it over sliced orange.
Joanna J. –
This is the best. Mellow and rounded taste. I also love the pourer, how you can measure how much olive oil you put in. I highly recommend this.

Incredible flavour in this olive oil, we discovered it at the local Christmas market and haven’t looked back since!
