Meeting Melissa Hemsley

At the Blenheim Palace Food Festival, Lola had the pleasure of meeting Melissa Hemsley, a warm, joyful advocate for real food, home cooking, and teaching children to eat well. She’s also the kind of guest who brings a bottle of olive oil to dinner!

Melissa visited the Two&One stand and, like many of you, tasted her way through the range, Verde, Envero, and Negra. She loved how the flavour intensified with each one.

Later, during her on-stage demo, she used Negra Harvest for a sweet potato, chickpea and avocado salad with tahini dressing (with Lilly Whitelake goat’s cheese) and Verde Harvest for a green salad with Buffalicious buffalo mozzarella.

The audience watched as she poured generously, no hesitation. Proof that good olive oil belongs at the centre of the table.
