All looking good for the harvest

It has been beautiful, this year, to follow along the seasons in Spain, as the rain has been reasonably frequent, and the olive trees have been able to carry out their cycle smoothly. At the moment, they are loaded with healthy fruit, fattening a bit more before we harvest in October our first batch: Verde Harvest.

We still need to keep our fingers crossed to be able to carry out the harvest successfully, as the weather can still play an important role in it.
