Spanish Style Shrimps with Two&One Olive Oil

Ingredients
12-14 large prawns, shell-on
5 garlic cloves, sliced
1 red chili, sliced
A handful of fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp paprika
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
5–6 tbsp Verde Harvest Olive Oil
1 lemon, for finishing
Crusty bread, for serving
Takes 10 mins – serves 2 as a main, 4 as starter
Method
Heat the Verde Harvest Olive Oil in a wide pan over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and chili, letting them gently sizzle until fragrant but not burnt. Add the prawns and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side, until they turn bright orange and are just cooked through.
Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss in the chopped parsley and give everything a good stir.
Serve immediately with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and plenty of crusty bread to soak up the garlicky, chili-spiked Two&One Olive Oil.
