Summer Garden Pasta Salad with Yorkshire Pasta Fusilli & Two&One Verde Harvest
Light, fresh, and bursting with sun-ripened flavour, this Summer Garden Salad brings together Yorkshire Pasta’s delicate fusilli with crisp veggies, sharp cheddar, and the golden richness of Two&One Verde Harvest Olive Oil. Ingredients
250g Yorkshire Pasta Fusilli
Large handfuls of ripe cherry tomatoes
½ a cucumber
40g Strong cheddar
5 tbsp Two&One Verde Harvest Olive Oil
Yorkshire Sea Salt, to taste
Takes 10 mins – serves 2
Method
To cook the pasta, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the Yorkshire Pasta Fusilli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
While the pasta cooks, slice the tomatoes in half, roughly chop the cucumber into bitesize pieces and do the same for the cheddar.
Add the freshly drained pasta to a large serving bowl. Toss in the vegetables and cheese.
Sprinkle over a generous pinch of Yorkshire Sea Salt, and 4 tbsp of Verde Harvest Olive Oil. Toss gently to combine
Once served on the plates, for a glossy, fragrant finish, drizzle generously with Two&One Verde Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
