New Harvest
Exciting times in our groves! We’ve been caring for our trees all year—trimming them after the last harvest, welcoming the abundant rains of February and March, fearing the summer drought, pruning the new shoots, and getting our nets and equipment ready.
We’ve gathered our cuadrilla—the men and women who have helped our family harvest year after year. And now, it’s finally time to start harvesting the fruit.
This month, we begin with our first harvest: Verde. We’ll be picking olives in La Atayuela—the hilltop field—one of our highest and most beautiful groves, blessed with sweeping views.
