An Evening with Two&One at The Boathouse
The Boathouse in Swanwick is hosting a one‑of‑a‑kind evening dedicated to flavour, craftsmanship, and connection as part of their Meet the Producer Series. Executive Chef Matt Whitfield has created a beautiful seasonal menu that showcases Two&One Olive Oil in every course, celebrating just how transformative truly exceptional extra virgin olive oil can be.
Throughout the evening, Ben and Lola will share the stories behind their Anglo‑Spanish family business – from ancestral groves in southern Spain to a small Hampshire village kitchen – and how their three harvests bring different layers of character to the table. You’ll taste how each oil comes into its own, from vibrant drizzles to delicate finishing touches.
This is a deliberately intimate event with limited places, designed so you can savour each course, ask questions, and enjoy relaxed conversation with the makers and the chef. It’s the perfect night for food lovers, home cooks and anyone curious about how to get more from their olive oil.
