Jay’s passion for Two&One Olive Oil shows not only when she represents Two&One at shows, but when she shares the joy of Two&One during her BBQ and Pizza masterclasses.
Her BBQ adventure kicked off during her time in Spain, where she had the privilege of learning diverse cooking methods over embers, fire pits, and open wood fires. Living among communities that cherished the origins of their food taught her the importance of culinary heritage. Every ingredient, every technique has a story to tell. During that time, she learned to create marinades, infusions, and salsas that celebrate the essence of flavour, and the joy of communal gatherings around fire pits, sharing stories while indulging in the flavours of nature.
